Dallas ranks 151 of 177 US Diocese

TCAT has been urging the Diocese of Dallas to be more transparent since early 2020. A recent report comparing the Safe Environment Plans of all US Dioceses ranks the Diocese of Dallas in the bottom 15%, largely as a consequence of Dallas poor scores for transparency.
